The hotel's surroundings are the equipped garden and excellent parking. «Comfort Hotel Astana» has started its activities in 1998. In 2014 was a complete reconstruction of the hotel. At the moment, the hotel consists of 105 rooms on five "standard" category to the "Deluxe" category, 4 conference rooms, restaurant, banquet hall, lobby bar, SPA-complex.

Gym, hammam, sauna and breakfast are included. All rooms have satellite TV and air conditioning and a kettle. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. In the morning, the hotel serves a breakfast "buffet".

Guests can enjoy local and international cuisine in the hotel restaurant and relax in the cozy lobby bar. In 2016 «Comfort Hotel Astana» became a silver partner of Astana Convention Bureau (Expo-2017) in the framework of the partnership program «Recommended by Expo». «Comfort Hotel Astana ****» in 2016 became the first and only one in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the owner of the icon «Chinese Friendly».
